８月最後の日…

 

今日も真夏のシェルターで〜す

 

金曜日なのでUKC JAPANのシェルターにボランティアに行ってきました。

昨日「これから蜂には気をつけないといけない…」って書いたばかりなのですが、

シェルターにも出ました！！　

大きな蜂の巣です

 

代表が朝水撒きをしていて蜂の巣の存在に気づきました。

そして…

私は「色々準備して（蜂専用の殺虫剤とか、防護ネットとか）からにした方がいい」って言ったにもかかわらず、

モップで巣をたたき落とした代表は…

刺されました。

２カ所も…

「痛い、痛い！」と午後まで言っていて、両手はグローブのように腫れていた。

だから言ったのに…

色んな物が出るシェルターです

そして、今日の私のお昼。

 

食欲は余りないけど、喉はやたら渇く。コスパ重視のお茶をど〜ん

火曜日にたろー母さんやmiw@さんと一緒にボランティアに行く時は、作業を終えてからどこかのお店でランチをしますが、

私一人で行く金曜日は他のボランティアさんとコンビニで済ますことがほとんど。

１リットル入りのお茶は必需品です。

それにしても今日も暑かった！

犬たちのお散歩はなるべく日陰を選んで歩かせます。

お友達のボランティアさんが、「Michyさん、このコ行く？」と御老公様の散歩を譲ってくださいました。

わ〜い、行く、行く

きびしい残暑にもかかわらず、元気に歩いていましたよ。

 

では、そんな姿を動画に撮って来たのでご紹介しま〜す。

シェルターの犬たちは全て平等に扱っているつもりです。

それでも…

やはり柴犬を飼っていると柴犬が気になる。

特にこの高齢の柴ワンコは、我が家のミッチーと姿が重なって見えて、どうにも気になります。

自分の置かれた立場を素直に受け止め、ひょうひょうと暮らしている様子を見るにつけ、

できればもう少し楽な環境で犬生の最後を送らせてやりたい。

そんな風に思ってしまいます。

我が家では引き取ってやれないのですが…

ボランティアさんの数が時間の経過とともに増えていった今日、作業はスムーズに進み、

私はB棟を少しだけお手伝いすることができました

B棟にはこ〜んな可愛いコもいるんですよ♡　

確か名前は「ひめ」ちゃん。

 

サマーカットがとっても似合っていました。

ふ〜っ、８月も無事全ての火＆金にボランティアに行くことができました。

ちょっと達成感

９月も半ばになれば風も涼しさを増し、お散歩もお掃除も楽になるでしょう。

汗と埃にまみれた夏のボランティアでしたが…

楽しかった〜！！　

さて、月末ということで…

 

今月も忘れずにフィラリア予防。

 

予防薬がこんなに美味しいなんて…

 

幸せだね、ミッチー。

もちろん貫太も、

 

おやつ代わりに、

 

いただきま〜す

 

出したり、入れたりしながらも無事完食。

 

蚊の季節もあと少しかな？

ところで…

今日はめっちゃ忙しかったんです。

９時から３時までボランティア。

３時半に帰って来て急いでシャワーを浴び、４時過ぎに母を病院に連れてい行った。

５時過ぎに帰宅。

今日は夫の帰りが遅いので、先ず貫太のミニ散歩。

続いてミッチーの散歩。

夫からの電話で「アレコレ手続きが長引くので貫太の散歩を頼む！」と言われ、

再び貫太の本格的な散歩。

７時半に全ての散歩を終え夕食の支度。

そして…

ぐったり。

夫が言う「手続き」とは、コイツらの手続きのこと。だって月末だから…

 

しかし…

パソコンの前で気絶寸前なので、詳しい説明はまた後日。

御老公様って本当に若い！
本当は顔が老けているだけで歳は若いのでは？
人間でも老け顔なのに「え～？まだ20代なの～？」というのがいますから。

Michyさんおはようございます。
昨日の日射しも半端なく日射しを遮る
高い建物がないUKC JAPANのまわりなので
お散歩もさぞ暑かったはず！
お疲れさまでした。それにしても御老公様の
姿は元気そのもので到底高齢犬のようには
見えませんが・・・
どなたか良い里親さんが見つかると宜しいのですが

昨日のMichyさんの１日は目がまわるような
忙しさ！幾ら暑さに強いMichyさんでも
充分休息なさって下さい。
到底たろー母など真似の出来ないハードな１日で・・・
ご苦労さまでした。

代表は無茶をされて蜂に刺された個所
大丈夫なのでしょうか！？まだ病み上がりの
身体でまわりの方がハラハラしますね！

忙しい金曜日でしたね。今朝もまだ疲れてないかい？

御老公様、名前にも親近感あるし、里親になりたいなぁ。
たとえば御老公様はお隣にいて、
散歩やごはんは、私が担当って、どう思う？
健斗父に相談してみようかなぁ。
なかなかOKは出ないんだけれどね・・・
だけど、犬生の最期を看取るのはちょいと悲しくもある・・・

昨日、近所のおばさんが庭掃除をしててハチに刺されたと言っていました。
ホント、気をつけないとねぇ。
それにしても代表さん、びっくりじゃよ＠＠
