涼しい上にご馳走も♪

本日もご訪問ありがとうございます。

昨日から雨が降ったり止んだりしています。

時々激しくザーッと…

せっかく咲いた朝顔もぐっしょり。

 

青空が見えたかと思ったら、

      

急に暗くなって雨が降る。

幸いミッチーが散歩に出た今朝８時は止んでいました。

 

嫌々出かけたけど無事ウンチを済ませ、

               

濡れずに帰ってきました。

 

そう…

早めに出た貫太は土砂降りに遭ったらしい。

久しぶりのカッパ姿でした♡　

さて、昨日９月１日は近所の神社の例大祭。

毎年この日は母屋で食事会を開いています。ここ２、３年は親戚は呼ばず、身内が集まっての会。

お義母さんがご馳走を用意してくれます。

私の担当はお刺身を取りに行くこと　デヘヘ

今年は仲良しのmiw@さん御用達のお魚屋さんに盛り合わせを予約しました。

９人が集まるので予算は１万円

こ〜んな豪華な盛り合わせを２つも用意してもらえました

 

全てが天然もの！

マグロは本マグロです。

赤味も中トロもたっぷり

 

白身はピカピカ、ピチピチ。鯵は地元茅ヶ崎で朝獲れた物です。

鯛はコリコリ、帆立はほんのり甘かった。

 

職人気質のオヤジさんと物静かな奥さんで切り盛りする昔ながらの魚屋さん。

本当に美味しいお刺身でした。

そして宴のテーブル。

 

ご馳走がいっぱいで〜す。

お刺身の盛り合わせの他にマグロの冊と鯵、玉子を追加で購入。

お義母さんが握り寿司も作ってくれました。

とろけるウニとおまけで付けてくれた手作りのいくらが抜群に美味しかった！

 

私？

お刺身を取りに行った以外食べるの専門でしたが…

一応１品作りました。

それがコレ。

 

切って、茹でて、和えるだけのパスタサラダ　ははは。

大分の大学に進学した姪っ子も帰って来ていて、３家族で楽しく過ごせました。

９月に入って急に涼しくなった湘南地方。

今日の午前中はエアコンなしで過ごせました。

ミッチーはこんな姿ですやすや

じっと見つめたかと思ったら…

本当に美味しそうなお刺身ですね。お腹が鳴ってしまいました・・・。
おうちでお寿司握れる方がいるって、初めて知りました。
お店とは違う、温かみのある美味しさが伝わってきます。
地域のお祭りがきちんと続いているというのも、すごく素敵ですね。
うらやましいです。

本当にこの週末は、涼しくて犬も人も過ごしやすかったけど
どんより空と「だるまさんころんだ」をしているような
雨雲や雷鳴とにらみ合いながらのお散歩でしたね～。
