大根と豚バラの煮物、大好きッ！
我が家の冬の定番です。
で、うちでは昆布と鰹のだしで、ゆでこぼした大根をやわらか～く煮て、
味付けは、ニンニク・ショウガ・醤油・コチュジャン・オイスターソースです。
あと鷹の爪。ぐふふ、つまみにいいよぉ＾＾
具を食べ終わったら、薄めてスープにもなるんだ～。
ネギの青い部分とか、小松菜を入れても美味しいよん＾＾ｖ
