連休２日目の日曜日…

 

UKC JAPANの街頭募金活動のお手伝に、辻堂駅まで行って来ました。

本日の応援ワンコは…

 

昨年の３月、一時預かりさんの元へ巣立って行ったメイちゃん。

 

柴好きの私はこのコが大好きでした。

とても大人しく、我慢強く、きれい好きだったメイちゃん。

いつも静かにお散歩の順番を待っていました。ケージを汚す事は一度もなかった。

優しいご家族と暮らせていて本当に良かったです。

今日は一緒に街頭に立って募金を呼びかけて（？）くれました。

そして福島で被災し、飼い主さんはいまだ不明。シェルター暮らしももうじき２年になろうとしているソフトです。

 

ソフトクリームのように白いからソフトとか…

ソフトバンクの“お父さん”に似ているからソフトとか…（メスですが）

名前の由来は諸説ありますが、とっても人懐っこい可愛いコです。

こうやってボランティアのKさんに好き♡好き♡攻撃！

 

そしてこちらの犬好きお父さんには…

 

熱烈なキッスを

まるで「私を連れて行って〜！」と言っているようでした。

因にこちらのお父さん、８匹ものワンコを飼われているそうです。

午後、とっても優しいボランティアのFさんが愛犬のメープルちゃんとアオ君を連れて陣中見舞いに来てくださいました。

 

ベルジアン・タービュレン（だったかな？）の大型犬ですが、とても穏やかな性格の可愛い２頭。

 

美しい毛並みと精悍な容姿に魅せられて、多くの方が足を止めて撫でていました。

そして募金にご協力いただきました

また、以前ご協力くださった方が今日は愛犬を連れて募金に来てくださいました。

とても可愛らしいシェルティーちゃん。（名前を聞いたのに忘れちゃった）

 

皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

午後３時頃から隣で「コーラルリーフ」というインディーズのバンドが路上ライブを始めました。

 

ボーカルの方の声が透き通った素敵な響きで、選曲もしっとりとした曲ばかりで、募金の呼びかけも忘れて聞き入ってしまいました。（ボーカルの方はブログをされていました。コチラ）

マネージャーらしき方は私たちのブースの前を通る時は犬を撫でてくれ、私たちが後片付けをしていたら「邪魔しちゃったかな？ゴメンなさいね。」って言ってくださったのです。

いえ、いえ、そんなことはありません。

私たちが作ったチラシを見ながらGBM（？）を聞いて、涙を流しながら募金してくださる方もおられました。

こんなところで私がご紹介するのもなんですが、これも何かの縁！

彼らの路上ライブの様子を紹介するYouTubeの動画があったので載せちゃいま〜す。

UKC JAPANの募金活動にはこれまで何度かお手伝いに行っていますが、

毎回感じるのは人の温かさ、優しさです。

会った事も、見た事もないシェルターの犬や猫たちのために、本当に多くの方々がご支援をしてくださいます。

そして応援ワンコたちの頭を撫で、目を細めてくださるのです。

こんな優しい人ばかりなら、捨てられたり、殺処分されたりする犬や猫はいなくなるのに…などと、しっとりとした音楽を聴きながらソフトを見ていたら泣けてきました。

では、今日ソフトとメイちゃんに添えられた優しい手を良かったら見てください。

金曜日のボランティアに続き
テラスモールでの募金活動にお出かけされ
お手伝いご苦労さまでした。
ソフトちゃんはみなさんにチューの嵐で～♡
ベテランボランティアさんの
Kさんの「わぁ♡」の表情に思わず爆笑～♪

大勢の方が足をとめて下さり犬達を
撫でて下さったり募金活動にご協力下さり
善意のお気持ちが嬉しいですね。
赤い糸はなかなか実を結ばないかも知れませんが
こうして街頭募金活動を通じて1人で多くの方々に
こうした現状を理解して頂き被災地の復興が
迅速に進み仮設住宅でご不自由な生活を
されている方々がご自分の愛犬や愛猫と
一緒に暮らせる日が1日でも早く
訪れますようにと願うばかりです。

おかげさまでのミカンちゃんコンビのそれぞれ
の個性溢れる写真を拝見し和まされて
これからまた作業の続きに戻ります。

「優しい手」まさにその通りで、
ブログ読んで涙ぐんでしまいました。
実際募金活動のお手伝いさせていただくと、たくさんの良い人たちの優しさにふれ、何度もウルウル目になってしまいました。
優しいボランティアさんに囲まれ、今は我が家のワンコとなったメイ。
ソフトちゃんにも早く幸せが訪れますように！
