いい香りに包まれた午後でした。

花冷えの週末となりました。

　

湘南地方の桜…

冷え込む日が多かったせいか、なんとかもちました。

でも、お花見は寒そうだな…

キーコーヒーのキャンペーンに参加しています。

会員となっているRipreさんを通じてキーコーヒー「天使のアロマ」をいただきました。

４種類ある中のダークとマイルドです。

　

若い頃は１日何杯も飲んでいたコーヒーですが、今は（年のせいか…）朝たっぷり１杯飲み、それ以外は日本茶にすることが多い。

だからこそ１日１杯か２杯しか飲まないコーヒーは美味しいのが飲みたいのです。

そんな私に届いたのは、アロマ（芳香、香りという意味らしい）、しかも“天使”のアロマという名前のついたレギュラーコーヒー

新技術、AF製法（伸縮性のある特殊フィルムを採用した、挽きたてコーヒーを直ちに包装する製法）によって圧力缶に味と香りが２倍詰まった新次元のコーヒーなんですって

その秘密は何と言ってもこの缶、そして開け方。

キャップに付いている赤いオープナーをドームの上にセットし、キャップを使ってくるりと回すと…

　

「プシュ！」という音と共に甘く香しいコーヒーの匂いが広がりました。

　

焙煎直後のコーヒーにはヴァージンアロマという独特の甘い香りがあるそうですが、これは焙煎直後に発生する炭酸ガスと共にすぐに逃げてしまうのだそう。

今回キーコーヒーさんはこのヴァージンアロマとセカンドアロマを圧力缶に閉じ込め、保管時の香りの低下を最小限に抑えたんですって。

　

こだわりマスターがいる珈琲屋さんのドアを開けた時のような、

深く、甘い、いい香りがしました。

さっそく週末の午後、大好きな資生堂パーラーのガナッシュチョコと一緒にマイルドの方をいただきました。

　

「爽やかな香りと味わいのペーシックタイプ」なので、スッキリとした味わい。

若干酸味があるかなぁ？

もう一方のダークの方が私の好みに合っているかもしれません。

でも、さすがに香り高い、とっても美味しいコーヒーでした。

さて、飼い主はいい香りを楽しみましたが、我が家のワンズにもいい香りのプレゼントがありました。

それは、先日ボランティア先で冷蔵庫に入りきらなかった牛タンの皮。

お裾分けいただいた牛タンを茹でた後、一部を干物用の網に入れて３日間天日干ししました。

　

見た目は…ち〜とグロいですが、味と香りは抜群！（らしい…）

干している間からミッチーも貫太も匂いが気になって仕方ありませんでした。

　

では、完成した牛タンジャーキーをおやつにもらった２匹の様子を動画でご紹介します。

必死でお手をするミッチーと、瓶に鼻を突っ込もうとする貫太の仕草でいかに匂いがいいか、美味しいかがわかりますよね

　

犬たちも私たちも香りを楽しんだ午後でした。

今朝も寒いお散歩になりました。
冬だよ、冬！
お天気も良くないし、桜もなんだかイマイチな感じでした。
せっかく咲き誇っているのになぁ。

今日は日曜日、辻堂で募金活動するんだね。
毎週のように日曜日も声をからして街頭に立ち続け、
火曜日と金曜日にはボラに通う。
すごいよ、Michyさん。
その献身が実を結んで、念願のティアハイム計画が、
1日も早く実現するといいなぁって、遠くから願ってる。
さてさて、今日の助っ人はだれかなぁ？？＾＾

牛タンの皮なるものを、実際に見たことがないんだけど、
うん、確かにちょっぴりグロいかも～＾＾；
でもいい匂いなのね？
私、鶏ガラとかゆでてる匂いが苦手なのよぉ。
そんな感じかしらん？？わんこには魅力なんだろな。
それを天日干しして、いい音のするおやつに仕上げたんだね。
えらーい！！！よかったね、ミカン！

天気はイマイチだしぃ～寒いとくる。

週2回のボラ活動に加えて街頭活動も精力的にこなすMichyさん。
しかもとっても楽しそうなんだよね♪
近くから見ていても本当にすごいと思うぞ。
私は･･･すまぬ。
募金がたくさん集まるよう駅にパワーを送りつつ、
本日は家族サービスに徹します。

いい具合に飴色になって、みかんも大喜びだ！

なんてたって～安心安全なオヤツってとこがいいね。
