それは突然に…

本日もご訪問ありがとうございます。

火曜日…

いつものようにUKC JAPANのシェルターにボランティアに行ってきました。

miw@さんはお仕事の都合で行けないので今日は一人でね。

あれ？火曜日の午前中っていつも他に誰と一緒だったっけ？？

…ってふと考えてしまうほど、

人が少なかった！

午前中は代表を入れて犬担当はしばらく４人…

お昼近くなって２人増え、更にお昼過ぎに２人来られたので、何とかA棟までを２時少し過ぎに終わらせる事ができました。

ふう…

　

「このペースだとせめてD棟が終わるまでお手伝いしていった方がいいかな…」と思い始めた３時過ぎ、

嬉しい事に更に３人の方が来られたので（既に３人は帰っていたが）、

４時少し前にシェルターを後にしました。

帰宅してミッチーと貫太を可愛がっていると電話が…

母がデイサービスでお世話になっている施設のスタッフの方からでした。

　

「ただいまお母様をお宅までお送りしましたが、家の前で尻餅をつくかたちで転んでしまいました。今は椅子に座って落ち着いていますが、腰が痛いとおっしゃっているので見に来ていただけますか？」と言う。

慌てて飛んで行き、様子を見る。

座っている分にはいいけど、立つと痛むらしい。

歩くのは一人では無理。

時間はもう４時半。どうする？？

かかりつけの病院に電話したら緊急外来で診てくれると言う。良かった。

何とか車に乗せ病院へ。

車椅子を借り、診察＆レントゲン。

結果、腰の骨の一部を骨折しておりました。

ただし、大腿骨は大丈夫だったので手術等の必要はなし。安静にするのみ。

「普通であれば入院までは必要ありません」と言われましたが、母の希望により、

１週間ほど入院することになりました。

まぁ、その方が安心です。

　

病院に行ったのが５時半。

検査、入院手続きが終わり、病棟へ入れたのが７時過ぎ。

一旦母を残し、慌てて母の自宅へ戻り入院に必要な物を揃え再び病院へ。

食事の時間が過ぎていたためお弁当を買って届けました。

食べ終わるのを待って、後は看護師さんに任せて帰って来たのが９時半過ぎ。

は〜っ、お腹空いた！！

お昼はボランティア先のコンビニでおにぎり２個と菓子パンだけで過ごしていたのでもうペコペコです。

ミッチーと貫太の夜の散歩は夫がしておいてくれました。

１０時少し前に家の近くのイタリアンのファミレスへ。

そして長い１日が終わりました。

　

こういうことって突然起こりますね。

母は転倒には気をつけていたのですが、転んでしまうときは転んじゃう。

最小限の骨折で済んで良かったのかもしれません。

ボランティアを４時過ぎまで延長しなくて良かったです。

そしてもしこれが先週起きていたら…

丁度伊豆の温泉でのんびりし始めた頃でした。

全てが“不幸中の幸い”だったかも。

…ということで、は〜っ、疲れた！

皆様、心配はご無用です。おかげさまで病院で１週間ほど預かってくださいますから。

ただ、ちゃんとしたブログの記事を書く気力はナッシング。

という事で、

平凡で、何もない日って
若い頃は退屈とか思ってましたが、
この年齢になると、何もないことが
どんなに、ありがたいことなのかと、
しみじみ感じます。

お疲れ様でした。
本当に大変な１日でしたね（・＿・;;
実はうちの義母も先日玄関先で転んで
腰の骨を折ってしまい、
てんやわんやの大騒ぎでした。
年を重ねるとちょっとしたことでも骨折しやすいですし・・・
そもそも転びやすくもなるんですよね。

ウチの父も４月の頭から１０日間入院してました。
こういう事ってホントに突然ですからね。
退院の日までMichyさんもいろいろ忙しくなると思いますが
どうぞムリしないで下さいね！！

ホロママさんから美味しいモノいただいて、有頂天になってました。
あぁ、Michyさん、ホロママさん、済まぬ、どんなに心配でしょうか・・・

ホント、突然だよね、こういうことは。
大忙しの1日になったね・・・
ボラができることも、旅行に行けることも、
特に何事もない日常があってこそ、なんだよねぇ、しみじみ思ったよ。
痛いだけだからと言っておうちで安静よりも、
入院してお医者さんや看護師さんのそばにいてもらう方が、絶対安心だよ。
うんうん、正しい判断だと思うぞ。
でも、いろんなことを決めなくちゃならないって、本当にたいへんなこと。
Michyさん、おつかれさまでした。

Michyさん、大変な一日でしたね。
ご高齢者の方の転倒は予期せぬタイミングで
突然起こっちゃいますよね。
昨年、私の母が転倒して骨折したのも突然でした。
でもお母様、大腿骨骨折でなくて本当に良かった。
ただ腰の骨も、ご本人には痛くてお辛いでしょう。
早く骨がくっ付いて、落ち着かれる事だけを
祈ってます。
そして、Michyさん！
いろいろお忙しいと思うけど、たまには自分の体も労わって～
何事にも全力投球のMichyさんだから心配です。。。

それは大変でしたね。。　お母様もびっくりしたことでしょう。
親が年老いてからはいつ何が起きても不思議ではない！そう思っては
いてもいざとなるとドキドキするものです。
「心の準備」って出来るようで出来ないものですよね。
でもとりあえずは怪我が大事でなくて良かったです。といってもご本人
にとっては大変でしょうけど・・・
Michyさんもくれぐれも無理されませんように。。。

おでこを切ってしまったり・・・
今思うと　懐かしくさえ感じちゃいますwww

お疲れ様でした
突然の怪我、もう年だからと、どんなに気を付けていても
どうしょうもない時がありますね
入院させてもらえると、家族も安心感がありますね
そして、これは私の経験（尾骶骨と仙骨の骨折）からですが
折れた骨がその場所で落ち着くのには3か月ほどかかり
その間、出来るだけ安静に寝るしかない！
お母様も大変でしょうが、Michyさんも無理をなさらず
早く退院できますよう祈ってます

今日はお稽古日だったので
お邪魔するのが遅くなりました。

昨日は魔の金曜日ならぬ魔の
火曜日だったようでお疲れさまでした。
お家にお帰りになられた直後のTEL・・・
お母様の突然のお怪我・・・
たろー母はこのところまわりの何人もの方から
お姑さんが大腿骨骨折で入院中とか
退院してリハビリ中とか聞いていて・・・

不幸中の幸いと言っては失礼ですが
大腿骨骨折ではなかったとのご報告にホッとして
暫くは病院で安静に過ごされご自宅に
戻られましてもご無理なさらずにと願っています。

Michyさんも暫くは病院通いで大変だと
思いますのでくれぐれもご自身のお身体も
おいとい下さいますように！
