スープカレー初体験♪

本日もご訪問ありがとうございます。

モッコウバラが満開で〜す

刺のないバラなんですよね♡　

 

昨日の水曜日、ワンコ友達モモちゃんのお母さんから聞いたスープカレーをワゴン販売しているお店に行ってきました。

場所は茅ヶ崎駅南口、ロータリーのすぐそば。

 

こんな可愛らしい車がお店の「けむり」さんです。

曜日によって出店場所が異なり、火曜日は厚木、金曜日は平塚、そして茅ヶ崎では水曜日のみの営業。

レゲエ風と言うか、ジャマイカ風（？）というか、手作り感たっぷりの屋台。

店主の方の風貌もかなりユニークでした

そしてメニューはチキン、ポーク、ベジタブルの３種類のみ（全てライス付きで650円）。

 

ただ、辛さは10段階から選べ、トッピングも8種類くらい用意されています。

 

私はこれまでスープカレーって食べた事がなかったので、お休みだった夫を誘ってカレーランチ初体験

夫はチキンカレーの4辛、目玉焼きをトッピング。

私はベジタブルカレーの5辛（6辛が辛口とのこと）。パクチーをトッピングしてもらおうと思ったら、残念ながら売り切れでした

これは私が注文したベジタブルカレー。

 

ごはんは五穀米みたいな感じで、上にフライドガーリックを乗せてくれます。

屋台の裏に（こ汚い）テーブルと椅子があり、その場でも食べられますが、

昨日は寒かったのでテイクアウトして、家で食べました。

 

夫のチキンはトロトロに煮込んであったそうです。

そしてベジタブルカレーは10種類くらいの野菜がたっぷり！

あっさりしているけどコクのあるスープはとっても美味しかったです。

シャビシャビカレーが好きな夫はとても気に入ったみたい。

私もサラリとしてスパイシーなスープカレーにはまりそうです。

次は7辛くらいいけそう♡　

しばらくは水曜日が気になるかもしれないな。

さて、１週間ほど前に洗ったばかりのミッチーですが、もう出てきちゃいました。

 

「何が？」って…

太もも辺りの毛に浮かび上がる、

 

サメのエラのような寝ぐせ。

 

後ろ足付近をブラッシングすると怒るので、次のお風呂までエラ足で〜す

今日も涼しいを通り越して寒いくらいの１日でした。

おかげで貫太は元気、元気

 

色んなオモチャを引っ張り出して来ては大暴れ。

 

犬らしくて可愛い

 

さぁ、明日から４連休ですね！

私は土曜日に母が転院するのでお休みどころではありませんが、

皆様よい連休をお過ごしください。

お久しぶりです。最近は、シェルターの作業だけでなく、募金活動もされていて・・・大変お疲れ様です。┏oペコッ 私は、何のお手伝いも出来ず・・・申し訳なく思っています゜゜・(＞Ｏ＜)・゜゜・スミマセン。

ももの状況をずっと見て来た方々は、きっと皆さん嬉しく思いますよね～♪
元気になって色んな物も食べれるよになり良かったです。後は、一日も早くご家族の元に帰れる事を願うばかりです。

GW前半のような快晴とはいきませんでしたが
雨も上がり気温は低くとも晴れて良かったですね！
今日はUKC JAPANにボランティアに行かれ
ご苦労さまでした。

スープカレー美味しそうですね♪
手間暇かけて作った店主ご自慢のスープカレー。
また食べたくなると心を掴む味こそがプロの技ですね！
