ツボ押し靴下と犬好きのあの人。

裏庭のトケイソウが咲きました。

 

自然にこんな色と形を作り出すなんて…本当に不思議。

タビオモニターに参加しています。

“ツボ押し”ということで靴下の底にはこ〜んなブツブツがいっぱい！

 

早速履いてみました。

江ノ島に小石が敷き詰めてある歩道があって、そこを裸足で歩くとかなりのツボ押しになるのですが、

これはそれを弱めにした感じ

最初は「こんなんじゃ大した刺激にならないんじゃない？」って思いましたが、

フローリングの上を歩くと心地よい押し〜

 

それもそのはず。

このツボ押しショートソックス（1.,470円）は靴下の専門店「靴下屋」を展開するタビオ（株）が３月にオープンした、足の悩み解決サイト「スゴ足LABO」が疲れた足のお助けアイテムとして薦めているソックス。

足の疲れ？？

感じてますよ〜。

特に火曜日と金曜日のボランティアの日は、午前９時から午後３時半頃まで動きっぱなし。

miw@さんが万歩計で計ったところ、午前中の３時間で7000歩以上になるらしい。

ってことは…

午後までやったら軽く１万歩は越える！

疲れるはずだ〜。

だって、普通に歩くんじゃないんです。引っ張る犬。歩かない犬。急に立ち止まる犬。突然方向転換する犬。

そんな犬たちに合わせての１万歩。

そして帰ったらまたミッチーの散歩…

そんな私の足の疲れをこのツボ押しソックスは和らげてくれそうです。

何より素材がシルクをベースにしていて、５本指なのでサラリとして履き心地が良い！

わざわざ時間をとらなくても、“ながら”ツボ押しで家事をしながら足の疲れがとれそうです♡　

もちろんこのまま靴を履いて外出もOK

だから立ち仕事の方にもいいと思います。

さて、貫太は靴下を舐めようとしておりましたが、ミッチーは…

 

今日、妹が母のお見舞いに突然やってきました。

ミッチーはいつもより小歓迎。（昨日の疲れが残っているか？？）

そして貫太は大興奮

 

妹にまとわりついていたら…

 

一瞬のスキをつかれて捕獲されました。

 

なす術無しの囚われの身。

我が家の血統で、犬にベタベタするのが大好きなんです

本日の昼食。

妹作、“ふわふわオレンジパンケーキ”。

 

ホットケーキミックスに玉子、牛乳、オレンジの皮、オレンジジュース、砂糖、絹豆腐などを入れ、泡立て器でふんわりかき混ぜます。

そして蓋をして焼く。

 

ホイップクリームとアイスクリームをたっぷり添えて召し上がれ〜

カフェのランチみたい

大変美味しくいただきました♡　

…という訳で、オフ会のレポートをしようと思いましたがまとめきれず（動画も写真もいっぱい撮ったから）。

明日以降ゆっくりご紹介しま〜す。

続々と更新される皆様のblogでオフ会の余韻に浸りました♪
今日はいよいよMichyさん！真打登場！と思いきや･･･。
少々ずっこけましたぞよ！（笑）
突然のお客さん。我が家と一緒だ。
昨日は弟が遊びに来てねぇ。
一人だったらどうってことないんだけど、彼女も来るっ～じゃありませんか！
いちお掃除やらおもてなしの準備やらで一日が終わってしもうた。
オフ会の写真の整理すらできてないよぉ。（泣）やばし！

Michyさんこんにちは！
今日はお母様施設からご自宅に戻られる日で
多分朝からお忙しくなさっている筈ですね
どんなにご親切にお世話して下さる施設でも
ご自宅ほど気兼ねなく過ごせるところは
ありませんのでお母様もほっとなさって
いらっしゃる筈ですが、反面お世話される
Michyさんは大変だとは思いますが・・・

それでも妹さんのホロちゃんママさんもお優しく気遣い
をされる方なのでMichyさんもご安心ですね。
お料理上手なホロちゃんママさん作の
ふわふわオレンジパンケーキの美味さ
こちらまで伝わってきました。
素晴らしいランチタイムを堪能されて～～♡

だって～、Michyさんの素晴らしい報告のあとになったら、

お母さんのおうちは近いんだろうけれど、
健斗宅と悟郎宅は徒歩3歩でも、行ったり来たりはけっこうめんどくさい、
それを思うと、Michyさんの負担は大きいなぁって・・・
甘えられるところはヘルパーさんやその他公共団体に、
でっきるだけ甘えて、心の部分をケアしてあげてくださいな。
そして自分のことも大事にしてね。
共倒れになったら元も子もないからねーッ！

What i do not understood is in truth how you are now not really much more smartly-liked than you may be right now. You’re very intelligent. One thing I’ve noticed is the fact there are plenty of fallacies regarding the banking companies intentions if talking about foreclosures. One myth in particular is the fact the bank needs to have your house. The financial institution wants your hard earned money, not your house. They want the bucks they gave you together with interest. Preventing the bank will simply draw some sort of foreclosed summary. Thanks for your publication.
